New York City · Summer 2026

The soul speaks
before you do.

Two workshops on voice, body language, and real connection — the kind of presence that moves rooms.

Heart, Body & Voice

Heart

Soulfully connecting with what you are sharing — because it is meaningful to you, or because you want to ensure why people should listen. Presence is a practice of being seen, and simultaneously seeing others.

Body

Your "ready stance," breath support, and command — thinking about your body as an instrument of sound and composure.

Voice

Preparing to speak, preparing to share, leaning into vulnerably sharing your voice range.

Two workshops. One practice.

Both are free. Both are small by design. Both begin with your body.

Presence is not a performance skill learned by a degree — it's about energy and feel. It is the practice of fully being where you are: with the people you are with, in the space you are in, in your body.

These workshops are small by design. We will slow down, pay attention, and practice the fundamentals: breathing, grounding, looking, listening, and speaking from somewhere real.

No experience needed. Whether you are preparing for a big talk, a job interview, a difficult conversation, or just curious — the work starts in the same place: your body.
